  We always see customers complaining, and we say customers are always right. They are not expected to suggest how the problem can be rectify. Any suggestions are an incentive...
  
  If they really pay me and that is my job, I will contribute. If not I will just bring up the problems for them to rectify. Even if I suggest, the question is will they listen?

  And for your information, there are quite a few 'O' level std people out there earning bigger bucks then our ministers. They must be doing something right in their respective fields that don't require a scholarly cert.
