I got a feeling he will be the messenger for a lot of bad news this budget.
I don't have a good opinion of him when he was the education minister. He makes the system seem capricious by all the changes every 2 years. Remember the whole generation of student who had to study SAT? he abolish the system after 2 years. (am i right? correct me if l'm wrong). He as an indian also renew the chinese study system. Many older generation has a lot to say about this. Saying that the gov gets an indian to oppress the chinese.
No matter what, if he is going to deliver the budget, i need to brace myself for some hard knocks!
