We love Spore!!!
Here is our country!!!we dont like 2 leave but dont force us,we were bullied in overseas upside down as well!!!!
But SG, pls make us one we feel proud in our country,we will be here to help whenever we can!!!

Having experienced living overseas for awhile, have to say, home is still where the heart is.

You know, we have a whole lot to say about our country - gd and bad. However, when one ventures overseas, all that just goes out of the window. You just want to be home - where all your loved ones are, where your favorite Hokkien Mee stall is; or a late night supper at Newton; having fun with friends by the Singapore River; getting crowded out in orchird. Those are the things I miss. Superficial some might say, but it is what your heart yearn for. When you think of this - all the politics just do not figure in the equation. I agree, home is where it is still best, though overseas living aint that bad afterall, just that you get a few weirdos here and there, not like we are any short of them.

In actual fact,if sg be open minded all these sporeans overseas will like to c Spore progress cauz our roots r here!!!
We r no more PRC chinese,we r ourselves here we miss our foods and culture here!!!
We ;love Spore but make it a nice place to live in not stay in like these FTs who will leave when time is rite like us making $ in overseas!!! -
well i think its hard to call a place home if theres too many guests coming in..no privacy...sometimes u need to move to another place for better air...unfortunately...

I will stay here for safety reasons. But china if banish those corrupted officials, gangsters and their hygiene problems, i will most prob move there.

Overseas.
In Australia , earning my money
If I do go back to retire , I better be a multimillionaire by then. Better to be elite than non elite. If I am not a multimillionaire by then, I would have to stay in Australia for free healthcare, pension etc etc. -
Now back at home in singapore.
After years to travelling, short stays overseas, Singapore is my home no question.
My friends and relatives are here, my children enjoyed overseas but always glad to come back. There are many things I like in other countries, but here is where I feel the warmth, not just the weather.
I am a Singaporean, and will live here regardless of the FT, the small space, the authoritative government, the many foreigners especially tourists around us, the fear of high costs of living, especially medical fee, .......
I am a Singaporean, no IF.

I am a Singaporean, no IF. I have to add no matter how rude and inconsiderate my fellow singaporeans are, I still feel more at ease here than facing the warmest and friendliest people overseas. It's like a huge puzzle, but somehow everything just falls into place naturally here. -
I would love to return to live in Singapore provided I could have a nice comfortable lifestyle with a place I own and my experience valued. Most unfortunately ,that is not a possiblity for me with current government policies. I don't want to be slogging all the time worrying about bills. You can own the place you live, wherever you are. Your experience is valued only by the company you work for, wherever you are. You have to pay your bills, wherever you are. A house is not a home, no matter how big and spacious, a car is but a mean of transportation, it is a toy if you like car as a hobby. But it is the friendship with children friends and classmates, the kinship among relatives, the rapport and understanding we share that constitute the place I call home. We all have our share of complaints and trouble about the place, the government, the FT....now and in time to come, but we all know that we are in it together, as a country.
