Sorry My Singlish is lousy. I mean the country that survive the longest under a ruler? Rome? and why its falls?

er.. u're asking how long the ruler can rule or the government under a particular ruler or how long the government stays without being toppled? -

As for the longest ruling power, it would be the Roman Empire. Rome technically did not fall but rather the Western Empire centered at Ravenna (Rome was not the site of the Imperial residence towards the end) collapsed but the Eastern Roman Empire survived till 1453 where it was conquered by the Turks. One could say that the Roman administration lasted over 2000 years. -
