Tun M always has got his own angle; I think this time around he wants to allign himself with Iran (but it doesn't necessarily mean that the Iran leaders care about his involvement). Anyway, Tun M has got a history of advocating issues involving developing countries; from the anti-apartheid movement to pro-palestinian cause. I don't think his rhetorics is helping the country much; he is overzealous in his causes and that segregates himself from the mainstream public; his rhetorics will appeal more to the fundamentalist types.
