Why our PAP leaders keep quarrel with our countries?

We all know that in our working place,if one or two colleagues dont like us,we can ignore them.But if almost all colleagues dont like us or dont co-operate with us,that means we have problem and need to do some self-reproaching.
Now the PAP leaders seem to quarrel with so many countries up until now.From neighbouring countries like Malaysia,Indonesia and Thailand.Up until as far as Taiwan,China,and United States.WTF is wrong with our PAP leaders,are they too free or what?Now,Indonesia wont sell sand to us,Malaysia criticise we reclaim land from sea make them flood,Thailand punish our GLC companies.
I think Lee Kuan Yew,boot-licker Goh Chok Tong,and Lee Hsien Loong need to realise one fact before approaching other countries leaders.That is:Inside this tiny little island,our PAP leaders are "somebody".But when they step out of this tiny little island,they are "Nobody".

The article in the Economist simply summarised it all: Our foreign policy is often "winners takes all and it better be us". Naturally that doesn't grind well with cultures that values face. Then again, most politicians value face, so naturally we are abrasive to our neighbours. As the Economist puts it: Our greatest crime is to be successful and unapologetic about it.

there's more to that i would think... our lea-duhs now are part of the "elite" who were probably cloistered in their little world when they grew up... surrounded by other "elites" who were probably carbon copies of them, it is probably a given that they were never exposed to normal people..
so in many ways, sociopathic tendencies come to the fore in order for them to get ahead..
applying the only thing they know in their relationships with the lea-duhs of other countries will only result in pissing them off, don't you think? -

Because Singapore is not small, its tiny.
Singapore cannot retaliate at all.
All the time Singapore answer by using logic and calls for good sense, which is not published in full in the countries concerned.
The foriegn politicians are showing to the yokels that they are not to blame for their own shortcommings.
Case in point,
Johore's Chief Minister accusing Singapore of causing floods in Johore.
Thailand's junta accusing Singapore of evesdropping because local Thai calls pass through Singapore.
Indonesia stopping sale of sand to Singapore to stop enviromental damage. (Ha, when for ten years they can't stop forest burning.) -

Our neighbours like to save face even if they lose, and we don't even bother to grant them that.
