GST goes up to 7% from July 1
It's official: The goods and services tax(GST) will go up to 7 per cent in one step, and it will happen on july 1.
Revealing this yesterday, second Finance Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam said it is best to make the change in one go while the economy is strong.

If you have a better plan for S'pore..... why not join some Opp parties.... WP, SDP, SDA, start your own..... etc. Tell ask how you plan to solve our problem.... don't just complaint without giving any solution..... Fight for your Rights by all means, start a protest tomorr at City Hall..... go down to speaker corner and condamn the GST increse.... at least have the guts to show your face to S'porean who you claim you want to help...... STOP this nonsense about telling us to fight and ''War'' while you just hid behind a callsigh called (Human)......
