What I am advocating is a progressive percentage formulae based bench marking for the workfare bonus ... for those family man $900 a year is acutally a lot of money ... just speaking out for some of under privilage .. then again this could happen to me if I lose my job I do not make a lot of money just 2K ... enough to get by ....
