see below? I was the first to point out that he is one of "the most chiog hei people I have ever met!" So I do not think I blindly admire him. You haven't been following our arguments carefully, it was only when i accused him of being unoriginal that's when he started to pick out quotes without naming the sources.
If you are ignorant enough not to know where the sources of these quotes come from, that's your problem. Things that I have learned in university have taught me otherwise.

If that is not licking his ass, then i don't know what that is. Actually, that applies to me too. What do i have to gain from writing my unpopular views? He has something to gain, as i have mentioned before (by becoming a martyr), but i don't.
We had a battle of wits in a previous thread but i don't want to go into any of the details, it's a waste of time.
Anyway, if you want to start a flame war, by all means go ahead. I don't want to be involved, it's a waste of the forumers time, actually come to think about it, a flame war might not be so bad after all, because that would give the moderators an incentive to shut down this thread.

If you didn't go to uni, like i said, that's not my problem, there are loads of people on the internet who did. I'm not picking on you just 'cos you think that you 'represent the common people', it's only because your defense of the plagiarist is weak.

yes. i understand my defense of plagiarism is weak. that's probably because plagiarism is wrong anyway. but the situation here is (human) doesn't claim credit to it. i couldn't see any statement of copyright notice. an earlier post by another forumer (which you had rebuked) had also raised this point across - (human) is not making money out of it. this is a public forum, it's not even his personal domain to start out with. if there is a need to pursue responsibility, jackson would probably need to shoulder part of it for it's his server that hosts the plagiarism.Originally posted by saffron60:classic case of pot calling the kettle black. What (human) did was wrong is because at first he started quoting with the sources and later he removed the sources when i accused him of being unoriginal. To be fair to (human), if he had started quoting first without citing any sources, then it would have been understood that he CHOOSES not to cite the sources, which is fine, but when he changed his tune halfway, that makes him look like he's trying to take the credit. This then becomes a MORAL issue, not a legal or commercial issue. And now he is continuing to quote without citing the sources like the stubborn little child he is.

I'm not worried about that, a big part of credibilty lies in the points substantiated by facts and how logical your argument is. You cannot rely on popularity among forumers to get your points across. There will always be different points of view in most topics, if you choose to 'play' the clique game of ''i like you, so i will defend your views no matter what'', then go ahead. The strength of one's words is the most important thing to me. If you are intimidated and you feel that others are intimidated by me, then next time you should have stronger arguments to support your point of view. -

Can sue SGForum's server to pressurize the Mod to ban TS. Then can also sue Sammyboy and HWZ forum's server to close it down. After that monitor all blogs and then sue those who post different views. The perfect solution to monitor internet cricitism.

A forum is meant to be a two way discussion. You have a PRO, you have an Opposition. What kind of forum, what kind of discussion is this if you only choose to hear what you wish to hear? A cowards' place of gathering?
