Guy i created this topic basically as a replacement for the 3 years old
"SINGAPORE AT WAR" which is an interesting politcal/strategic /military analysis.
Hopefully this replacement will service better......

that is only the beginning.......soon you'll see more silly comments from ppl that only hide behind the walls of their own room and shout WAR. They fail to understand that only true peace is the way of survival. There ppl will only shout the words "WAR" and "KILL" and give a sadistical laughter like "MUAHAHAHA" thinking that all this is fun. They really think that WAR is like WARCRAFT 3 (computergame) and soldiers are indespensable. They think that all will be solved as long as the enemy is dead. Another thing is, there's really not much going on in the public domain now so what's there talk about?
Its all quiet up north cos of the by-elections and Mahathir's retirement, everybody's too busy worrying about their economic recovery to flash their military hardware... they risk losing investor's confidence if they appear to be pissing their money away on boys toys... which is why i think we haven't heard much from anybody since the last round of major acquisition a few months ago... -

gee. what happened to the old SGforums. this new format er. stinks. much harder to find the old strings. haiz. nice try at reviving the old string though. but looks like almost all the old people have dissapeared along with it. its not as fun anymore. =P -
