Hong Kar GRC MP Ang Mong Seng proposes teaching student to 'pak tor' (dating) in school to help boost S'pore's birth rate... to do it as CCA style.

main problem is couples choose not to have babies. not cannot find partners.
but hor.. if can make as CCA with proper advisors, can teach youths how to date without doing undesirable things oso.
and can act as aunt agony if they have r/s problems.
not juz scold em and tell em go study.
den they might not jump off building thinking they have small dicks. -

Developing social ties is one thing. But this proposed initiative.... I really don't know what to say without bursting out in laughter.
Considering the increasing immaturity of our youth, they may as well see this initiative as official approval of premarital sex. That may not be the intention, but that could easily be the result.
What will the kids think - 'Oh, the government wants us to have relationships at an early age so that we can boost the birth rate of Singapore!' -
