i think u people who love to critise about our own government...about LKY...about PAP...u people are the sorriest bunch of fools...
look through all the schemes and policies the government has come up with and phrased out these decades...STUDY THEM IN AN ECONOMIC PERSPECTIVE...
then go refer back to ur economics and compare...UNDERSTAND Y THESE SCHEMES AND POLICIES ARE BROUGHT UP....and see money they earn in the perspective of the country's benefit...
every step of the way they have made our country progress at a speed that is so ideal that there's no doubt they have done a great job...
there's no running away there may be very minor mistakes in the things they do...but what is right for the country's economy now may turn sour over the years...no doubt about that...
look at the life u have now...is it good...?oh...it's expensive...?the bus fare..?the cars..?the housing..?
er...u have to return the car or house in 10 years or 99 years respectively..?
think if u juz own everything...the government no longer makes money(which is becoming smaller by the years)after everything in this small island is sold....where are u going to find the money that ur government...Singapore government...is going to increase the Capita per head...and continue putting in tons of efforts to push us up in the international charts...?
u think someone else can do it...?he is currently being recruited by the Government...
so LOOK AT THE COUNTRY AS A WHOLE...not juz ur money going away bit by bit... -
