Oh yes, me dun go SGH. Dun get me wrong i got a lot of negative feedback from people I know of who go there. youmust be a staff in SGH you are very defensive over SGH. Foreigners go there becos they don't have the knowledge that the reputation and service suuck!! hey, my friends working there said the number of complaints received is increasing more and more. Or are you a dr from sgh? hey, i know of foreign drs who worked in SGH and did not have good impression of the hospital.Originally posted by oxford mushroom:Then go somewhere else...nobody's forcing you to go to any particular hospital. The number of foreign patients coming to SGH is increasing by the year...they know something you don't. Let market forces decide...if they cannot compete, they will lose out.
TTSH getting too crowded, becos their service is better.Originally posted by ndmmxiaomayi:Already got rumours for TTSH. Just wait and see.
Besides, TTSH is getting too crowded these days. A rise in fees might be the answer, just as we have COE to limit the number of cars here.
Defensive? Why should I bother? I am working overseas....I am saying that market forces work best. If a hospital does not provide the best value of money, patients can go elsewhere. Of course, it could well be that foreigners being private patients receive better treatment from nurses and doctors who are not overwhelmed by work, unlike those tending to subsidized patients.Originally posted by rane:Oh yes, me dun go SGH.
