Who do ppl respect more Warrant officers or officers wif chocolate bar n craps?
i doing my ns now , just a recruit i dont understand how come my sgt major who is i think 30 yrs old or something like dat has to salute to my pc who is 20 yrs old n wif a chocolate bar , some ppl tell me saluting to a officer is not to him but to his rank as it is given by the president of SINGAPORE , n wat about warrant officer , why cant salute them one ?

I respect those worthy of their rank.
I respect those who lead by example, enjoy and suffer with men and takes care of the welfare and morale of his men.
I respect those who are willing to suffer the same shit as their men.
Most importantly, I respect myself most of all
Respect the man and respect the rank.
Anything that outranks you, respect it.
I give regards to the rank and accept the authority of the person wearing it.
But I need not respect the person in question at all esp if he is a good for nothing
