Replace Singapore ministers with those from New Zealand?

  corruption doesn't appear to be an issue this time, so we can outsource our govt to any country that has the most billionaire and nobel prize winner. moreover, none of the country in the world has a govt that is as expensive as ours.

  if I am not wrong the litter law came during the Brit. It also has similar law in Uncle Sam.
