How can I thank him?!?!
What the heck, if we're part of Malaysia, I find I will have more places to go to over the weekends! I have more places to go for photography! I can go fishing and catch bigger fishes!Originally posted by mancha:Malaysia don't have PAP, does their women become maids.
LKY scare tactic is as old as he is.
Remember you parents frightening you that if you don't study, you will become a road sweeper. Scare tactic.
Without the PAP, Singapore today might be part of the Malaysian Federation, or an SAR like Hong Kong or Macau. And surely not as well developed as it is now. And we would be alot sharper and savvy. More enterprising. More expressive. And, believe me, better people.
We can only be better, if we can dance in the park without a police permit.
Under the PAP we have all the trappings of the First World, but our people are ugly. We have lost our soul, this is the tradeoff.
But this is not about the PAP abandoning Singapore, it is about raising their pay astronomically, after causing Singaporeans like me to lose their jobs and take drastic pay cut.
Its about the call to us to accept their pay increase or else!
Singapore's women would never become maids just as Penang's women are not maids.
coolies? worst than that, we're their slaves! they can do whatever they want we have no rights and say!Originally posted by AndrewPKYap:good observation... and they should be ashamed of themselves that after half a century of "education" they could not produce people of integrity, without the greed, to lead the nation... note, leaders lead, bosses run... we are to the P*P simply their coolies...
it is time we get rid of the bosses and find real leaders to lead us.
Otherwise we will forever be oppressed and live in stress and fear of the "bosses".

Thank the British??Originally posted by AndrewPKYap:Maids? hahahaha Singapore women can compete with the best in the world for any job in the world, no thanks to LKY. We have the British to thank for that. Let's see if an LKY institution can last as many years as Raffles Institution.
If it is not against the law I will be the first to burn down any LKY institution if it teaches the rubbish that he preaches.
These days, do you even think you even have a chance to apply to be a road sweeper?Originally posted by mancha:Malaysia don't have PAP, does their women become maids.

You post reminded me of this rapper from Muar, M'sia, I just viewed. Sometimes a better perspective of us is from across the Johor Straits:Originally posted by ShutterBug:One word sums it in my opinion, as it borders closely with COMMUNISM...
you know as they say.. a classic wine gets better as it ages.. seems to be a reverse effect for this caseOriginally posted by ShutterBug:To our MM, I have this to say;
It used to be that you were CREDIBLE, in all that you do or say. But as at current date, you have become IN-CREDIBLE. And even more so, with the years you are putting on...
