For the Budget, he got another minister to deliver the speech.
For this wage increase, he got another minister to deliver the speech in Parliament.
He seems to be very low profile leh.

One year $3.02M, One month $251,667 and one day is $8,388 and doing a Budget will take about a day thus do you think he will do it?
I think it is cheaper to ask a small prawn to do it then to ask him to do it...
Think they have "asked" for 3 quotes and they are trying to "save money" for Singapore... we should appreciate them...
Maybe next time, they will even ask the guard to do it...
