is not tt we wan to pin-piont others' mistakes...it is the facts of information that we want to back the things we say. Viper52 is rite. i think centurion mtb is the only guy here that can see things openly........

i wanna ask you the truth,if some other sporean here said something w/o evidence would you criticize him??
for instance,you guys talk about the DERBY rumour,but you dont have proof....and viper52 keeps quite.... -
you guys said it took so long for msia to order subs....that is true...why??bcoz we dont simply go to the supermarket and buy a sub w/o even knowing how to operate one.....that is why we have sent our personnel oversea for submarine training(more than 10 years).....so when we get our subs we will know how to use them properly/effectively.....if not,we will end up like thailand and its carrier......
about the dutch subs,
the RMN has never used them......it was a local company who bought the subs with intention of selling to the GOM but we were not interested bcoz the sub is 2nd, hand old and less capable....
that is why we chose our first subs carefully......so now we are getting the scorpene....one of the best SSKs in the world..... -

As for do I criticize Singaporeans for making assumptions, might I point you to the thread "Another forum that comments on the RSAF" a few pages back -

This is an open Internet forum for discussing issues regarding Singapore, and Malaysians and other nationalties are welcome to post anytime, but if and only if they are prepared to observe the proper etiquette and stand by their arguments. More than 10 years to train up a cadre of sub crews? What, every Malaysian sub crew is cross-trained to operate ALL the systems on the sub ah? Otherwise how come "training" took so long. 1) Stay out of the flame wars and stick with the threads with clear logical discussions
OR
2) Give as good as we get.
I know what I'll try to do, which is the reason why I never insulted Harimaus countrymen, his race or questioned his ancestry despite his repeated flame baits and attacks on mine, instead choosing to show how ridiculous/stupid his arguments are, and adding the occasional personal attack now and then(hey, I'm only human, I can avoid insulting his country, ancestors and race but I can only turn the other cheek that far as far as personal attacks are concerned...

I'm not in the defence industry, but I expect to join full time in some capacity in the next few months. I've been doing some part time work for various defence journals, wirting articles etc since the late 1990s, and have helped in researching material for these journals as well. I have contacts with industry figures from all over the world including France UK and the US.
