3 PMs for S'pore

  I suggest MM & SM be changed to 2nd PM & 3rd PM. PM Lee can decide which one of the two should be 2nd PM.
  
  Since their salaires are very close to PM,so it is not too wrong to take them as PMs.It is due to special circumstance that a small country like us have 3 PMs.In fact, I think countries like China & India should have each have more several or many PMs.

  3 PMs pay added up 9 mil,which is equalvalent to UOB Wee Chow Yeow pay.Since SM amd MM vistiting foreign countries(make friend) most of the time,i suggest we have 3 FM instead,which will be cheaper,also our existing FM can concentrate in solving Indonesia and Thailand matters!

  Each PM take care of 1 region.
  
  So we should have the same number of FM taking care of each region with each PM.
  
  Maybe can have like this:
  Asia - PM (1)
  US+Europe - PM (2)
  All others - PM(3)

  It is obvious that in any enterprise when it has too many staff or when their staff are overpaid and positions redundant the enterprise will have to create new roles for the extraneous staff.

  SM Goh is visiting China.The Chinese PM will meet him.Under normal protocol,the PM doesn't meet a senior minister.But of course Goh was former PM,the Chinese PM might be willing to meet him.If Goh were 2nd PM,then PM of any country would meet him under the normal protocol without any need of explanation from MFA.So what the PM think of my suggestion?
