with RSAF E2C up in the sky.... your IRST fulcrum is a joke... since IRST have only approx 30km range compare to hawkeyes 350km range...
Furthermore... with RSAF E2C in the sky... our falcons can practically do intercept with its radars off...
why RSAF wants to overfly malaysia airspace?? because of flight time... to fly over malaysia to get to our trainning space in south china sea is faster, conserve more fuel then having to fly around malaysia...
Before we have the KC-135 in singapore... the falcons cannot fly to south china sea and train and still got sufficient fuel to come back to singapore... BUT OUR KC-135 is now operational... so no problem liow...... -

Please do not dream to high.....most of the SAF top brass do not come from pools like you.only rsaf/hq iads brass could have access to the Alenia track.
