Meaningless? Hmm, apparently not meaningless enough to ask for certain rises.
That aside, could it might be tough? After all somebody really wise said their their families would suffer if they did not get an increase in their salaries... Hmm... suffer? How so? *scratches head*
And not to mention let's look at the lives of our politicans here and the lives of policians overseas, who have to fight tooth and nail to protect their own reputations and stands.
Tough life? Only for the opposition politicans here I think.
