  Singapore does not want everyone back. If you can contribute to the nation's prosperity and make us more competitive, yes, we want you back. Singapore is prepared to pay competitive salaries if you are worth the money.
  
  If you have no specialized skills that we lack and will only rant about foreigners who can do the same job at lower pay, stay where you are. We have too many losers here already

  I am really alarmed at how many younger Singaporeans are already contemplating leaving - even before they graduated!
  
  I only had this to say to them, after being tired when my persuasions didnt work -
  
  go and get the experience, but, come back in 10-15 years time. Things should be better and the environment freer by then.
  
  How many of you know of any relatives or close friends who have since left?
