Hmmm......MAF troops have gained a real world combat for 4 decades in coin warfare(and won the war),actively in operations -Somalia,bosnia,afghan,iran,iraq,kuwait,western sahara,cambodia etc........saving the ass of us delta operators in bakara market,saving british guards in split crotia,nailing abu sayyaff deep inside philipines soil,well versed in fibua/obua (the ones you guys are so proud off).....etc gained UN recognition,check USDOD site for a special thanks for our 19 RMR(MECH) who save delta /rangers in Somalia.

eventhough we dont have ns stuffs -still there's a significant nos of malaysians well versed in military affairs.you dont have to the army to knows about weapons and stuffs-even our homeguards(not like your guard though-civil defence corp)are armed with shotgun/surplus M16 at home.most of these guys are coin vets-300,000 of them .

my friend who is a local representitive of denel aviation said our DPM might have a look at the Rooivalks....
what does this mean??

I can tell all malaysian here in this forum.That Singapore is getting serious into become an expeditionary force.Plans of warship,aircraft,MBT replacement.etc are underway.Actually i see a minor arm race going on between singapore and malaysia.I think singapore is waiting for malaysia to drain up their defense finanicial resource

they took 30 years, over 100,00 men, a bristish general and finally managed to beg thai army help in the end to finally knock out a 27 men MCP army.... hmmm... amazing i must say....
oops.... the MCP didnt loose... in fact.. they decided to ceased their arms struggle because... many of them are already in their 50s....
International peacekeeping .... hmmm........ i hardly call that combat experience... more like police duty... once in a while... a few peacekeeper die... but never with a casualty rate like a true war... if peacekeeping is as dangerous as a real war... i doubt any nation in their sane mind would be able to convince its people to send their men in harms way thoudsands of miles away in some god-forsaken land...
Very often... peacekeepers dont charge into a hot battlefield and force a peace on warring factions... those nasty jobs are usually done by the REAL armed forces of the NATO nations or by some regional superpower if not by America..... the peacekeepers only goes in when it is deemed reasonably SAFE and usually under the protection of superpower airforce and diplomacy... -
Did you know that after the Americans had enough of backstabbing by the villagers, they killed every single villager they saw and wherever they went, they did the same? America did not lose the vietnam war. VC didn't win either. What is it about repeating history? we will very gladly kill every single villager we see and flatten the whole of KL.
