Why not stake your mortgage on the possibility that the thug will see his body embalmed and preserved in a specially erected mausoleum - maintained with taxpayers' money - so that tonnes of ordinary folks can pay their homage to an "eternal minister"?
After all, if DPRK's constitution permits for the title of an "Eternal President" to be conferred on a certain individual whose body is maintained in a mausoleum, I don't see this regime being too far off from following in their footsteps. -
