Pilots need to get into ocs??

Hey everyone i wan wondering if being a pilot must neccesarily get into ocs or get kicked out? The recruitment officer like lady clerk dunno anything one and furthermore, she just say have to do well in BMT...i need to know from some of you more experienced people out there in this cos' i am in confusion

All Pilot potential must go thru OCS to be an Officer!!! But they only do their Service Term! The Pro Term will be at Australia doing their Basic Flight Training....Upon coming back, they will be commission as Officer!

it is a fam course for pilot to attend OCS in SAFTIMI, but it is only the 1st term. RSAF have their own training for their officer when cadets pass their 1st term. Dont worry if you are doing average in your 1st term, they will let your through. The rest test will be when you return to train with RSAF. That is when they shoot you down 1 by 1 to the quota
