  There's no doubt Iraq will be a stain on his Premiership just as Lewinsky was to Clinton's Presidency.
  
  That said, it's easy to forget how far Britain has come under Tony Blair, especially on the economic, education and healthcare fronts, as born out by Labour's landslide victories in the last 2 general elections.
