Whether my apartment has an increase in price or not, does not really affect me as i am still staying in it.
But one thing, I know is inflation is definitely creeping higher and it is biting my pocket.

Eric Cheng, Senior Division Director, PropNex, said: "Recently, we had a transaction caveated in Jalan Membina at S$690,000. In today's market, a lot of owners are quoting much higher pricing. We've seen HDB owners asking for S$800,000 or S$850,000."
It seems the monies that we earn each day is getting worthless each day. The high transaction price definitely only benefits the authorities, for now they can claims the HDB flats are HEAVILy SUBSIDISED. And in their annual report, don't be surprise if they are still in reds? For now they need to fork out even more monies to subsidise.... And that's how our ministers being paid.
