I'm sure many of you have read about the DIY terrorists in the papers.
I'm just wondering why is it that when radical-muslims are terrorists-associated or are DIY terrorists, planning or had already carried out mass killings, assasinations, etc - the whole world is against it (yes, definitely) and a big hoo-haa surrounds these furores.
But for Jewish extremists - not many people would even really bother.
if muslim-radicals have extremist ideology far from Islam but yet in the name of Islam, the whole world hates them, and would no doubt lump all Muslims and extremist into a single group which is undoubtedly condemned.
so the mindset is already entrenched among all, with steoreotypical views ambiguously supporting such derogatory labels. I have seen many of my muslim friends being scrutinized at every angle, emptied their whole luggage in overseas airport checkpoint. And then they will infortunately invite unwanted stares, sniggers and sneers.
have your take on it.

It is very unfortunate that the normal and good Muslims have to be implicated by those extremists, who I consider to be false Muslims. Those false Muslims have tainted the image and reputation of Islam.

But the fact that this islamic extremist grp is able to give a blow to the world greatest power on 9/11 and shock the whole world. It shows the capability of these islamic extremist grp. It is naturally for most countries to show caution on these people. -
These so called Extremists, or better known and understood as Terrorists, are hard to address because they hide behind a sensitive religion.
Having started this thread as a "wondering", it is easy for someone to come in start a comment about the particular religion, and it will have no end.
If you recall the movie Alien, the creature is hard to kill simply because when you cut it, it bleeds highly corrosive acid. And this is the simple reason this issue is hard to address.
To stamp out Terrorism, the mother Alien laying the eggs must be killed.
Otherwise, those face hugging impregnators will be everywhere...
