SGH consultant suspended from practice for two years

SINGAPORE : A doctor at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH) has been suspended from practising for two years.
This came after a disciplinary inquiry by the Singapore Medical Council found him guilty of misconduct.
Dr Wong Siew Kune, who was a consultant at the Diagnostic Radiology Department, had in 2005 recorded a video clip of a 20-year-old woman's underwear and buttocks without her knowledge.
Earlier that day, he committed a similar act on a 25-year-old woman at Thomson Medical Centre.
He was jailed four months for these offences.
The medical council subsequently launched a disciplinary inquiry against him in May this year.
In his mitigation, Wong said he had committed the offences during a difficult period in his life.
He was also facing high levels of stress at home and at work.
The disciplinary committee took these into consideration and suspended him from practising for two years from May 14 this year. - CNA /ls -
Oh dear!! SGH's reputation is already very bad (stinks!), and now this happen!!
well, this reminds me of one of my old neighbours worked there and encountered sexual harassment from the doctors. One of the senior doctors was staring at her bosom with smile and lust. This sickening doctor one day actually tried to get fresh with her but she quickly moved away. This of course offended the doctor and he really created hell for her. Mind you this old neighbour is conservative and decently dressed for work. The other encounter was a doctor was breathing very loudly when he stood very close to her. So yucks!!!!
Oops, it is so sickening to come across doctors like that!!! I was ever molested by GPs for a couple of times, too!! REally, I do not how and where to seek help when this happen again!!
