Do we the citizens need this kind of ministerial talent, who while they were in charge did not act to stop abuses in NKF but who only know how to shed crocodile tears or take belated actions when the abuses become a public scandal by making their former blue-eye abusers the scapegoats to rid themselves of their part of responsibility over the way NKF was being run??
