Extortion just 10 metres from JB checkpt!!!!

I just can't believe it! 10 metres out from check pt kanna extort for $$$?
Location: @ the underpass to city square.
Suspect: Chinese male, with specs, slim, tan, in late 20's with malaysian accent.
Method of extortion: Asking of where to take 170 or any bus to penang , then say need some money to go back to penang, you refused, he says dun force me to use this knife ( look like a needle or something).
Had heard from some of the passerby, knew that this bugger had haunt that place for sometimes. but where the hell is the Malaysian policedoing???
can someone tell me where i can tell the malaysian govenment on this issue?
was very curious if we had to sub-contract our police force over if they can't mange? -

NEW WAY TO DO CAR JACKING (NOT A JOKE!!!)
Heads up everyone. Please, keep thiscirculating...
You walk! across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside.
You start the engine and shift into Reverse. When you look into the rearview mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window. So, you shift into Park, unlock your doors, and jump out of yourcar to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructingyour view.
When you reach the back of your car, that is when thecar hacker's) appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off. They practically mow you down as they speed off in your car.
And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car.
So now the carjacker has your car, your home address, yourmoney, and your keys. Your home and your whole identity is now compromised!
BEWARE OFTHIS NEW SCHEME THAT IS NOW BEING USED.
If you see a piece of paper stuck to your back window, just drive away.
Remove the paper later. And be thankful that you read this e-mail.
I hope you will forward this to friends and family, especially to women.
A purse contains all kinds of personal information and identification documents, and you certainly do NOT want these to fall into the wrong hands.

Hearing News like this, I don't ever want to stop my car and help anyone in Malaysia.
But I have to travel to Malaysia, and it is a beautiful place if you know where.
