  A more appropriate name for PAP is: "Pain And Pain" Party (caused by perpetual penalizing of citizens for its own incompetence and negligence e.g. dengue, HDB dropping windows, illegal immigration and all the punitive direct and indirect taxing and creative accounting and devious schemes using the monopoly of GLC's to squeeze more and more monies from citizens)
