GST Imposed on Water Conservation Tax = Tax + Tax?

I wish someone from PUB would justify the GST imposed on Water Conservation Tax.
Why is there a Tax upon Tax?
What's the rationale?
Is this a right way to charge consumers?
Could any Accountant or Auditor here to say something? -

It's called Legalized Robbery...
when our gov says it is right to do so, it is right to do so...
and when they want to do something, raise prices etc., they don't ASK YOU - they just TELL you and then just do it...
If the people grumble some more, theyu will come up with some farking LAME excuse (not even a decent reason) for doing what they do...
So please, no need to ask this kind of question...
Tax upon Tax, is what our government is ALL ABOUT...
We all should just concentrate and focus on working and saving up to move the HELL out of here!!!
