his daughter went on a trip with grandpa, so does that mean they are preparing her to enter politics? Or may be she will be our PM one day. Whether she will be or not, i don't want, we don't want another member of the same family to be PM, don't want!!!!

i believe he is a good leader. but i believe he is not the best. he is where he is today because of his father's legacy. a good leader would be someone like george yeo.

Nobody thinks that CSJ or sis are good, but is LHL the ONLY person capable of ruling Singapore? I am sure there are many more brilliant people than him. Why do you think they are not standing up? Is it because of his way of handling opposition politicians? Frankly, he is NOT the only person who can run Singapore. Lemme say something; what makes a good leader?
I mean, everytime we hear or see him speak on TV or in person, it is always about accepting one of his policies or bitter pill....
Have we or do we hear or see him addressing ANY of the people's issues pertaining to bread and butter, livelihoods, and healthcare???

He is just ADMINISTERING. I see nothing more than that... -

wp supporters see sdp as being too extremist.
sdp supporters see wp as too closely aligned with govt. -
so far, performance is not up to mark but then all of us can only suck thumb, become singapore sleepers one day and then feel LPPL cause they will be voted in once again because of the pre-election goodies.

Frankly lah, I feel LHL is just working under dad's instructions, guidance and rules... Nothing more....
Since when has he or have they owned up to anything negative economically? They only wanna reap credecntials and credits for ALL positives!
There are lots of capable people around, but NO ONE will rise up from the woodworks knowing the way the gov deals with 'REAL competititors'.
Look at Sylvia, she can cut through with her words, but she seldom speaks as I'm very sure she is aware and is just bidding for time - the right time...
