That will be too late after their retirements they would become so rich that they will not understand the realities. The best is to send post-65 MPs and all the younger ministers and minister wannabes to go for pupilage like the lawyers with putting their own savings to set up a small shops somewhere in housing estates and then after this pupilage to appoint them to be mps and ministers. Tea sessions with wannabes are not able to produce better candidates.
Only then after they have tasted what is it like to struggle for a living will the post-65 MPs and younger ministers become true talents who will understand people's hardship and serve the people better.
