  Training of course. Change parade is part of training.
  I took all trainings in stride. Sometimes you just take it as a game or you will go mad.

  Change parade is mindless, contributes nothing to operational tempo and hampers the bond between commanders and the troops.

  Indeed, during my stint as a spec we avoided such nonsense for our men (thou sometimes our PC had different ideas).
  
  The best form of punishment that both builds character and improves the bond between the men is:
  
  SAI KANG.
