Each individual is born with his or her own needs, traits and characteristics.
It is not our business as human being to impose our personal standard or conduct on someone else. Bur talking about gay issues may go beyond personal respect for gay people many of whom are quite decent and nice in all other aspect except for being known as gay.
There may be a lot of misunderstanding or prejudice about people known as gay.
As long as they keep their personal conduct as gay to themselves there is really nothing to feel affronted about gay and their personal activities.
The government is right to remove discrimination against gay in employment.
However whether gay people realize it or not there is a need of society as a whole and not just the religious people to avoid open promotion of homosexuality or same-sex marriage within society.
This open homosexuality as a norm may not be that desirable. Gay people should know let such practice stay private. As long as it is private then there will be no discrimination against gay or even their homosexual conduct among them.
Let society including the church know the need for gay to live their lives even if in their own perception open homogexual conduct is still largely regarded as abnormal or a sin or evil, -

Gay relationships are parasitic and destructive. In the US. where "gay freedom" is a strong movement, the national average for single parent households is 50% and this single parent upbringing is causing many psychological problems among the next generation. Gays are lucky they are not being hunted down like the vampires that they are and they should not try to become daywalkers. -

Nothing happened in New Hampshire, USA after Gay marriage. All the Christian rhetoric are just false witnesses of the bible and God. The Christian
Church are the most privelaged, occupies the best land in Singapore, and have great influence - they can't even give a small space to the GLBT community. Gays are their constant punching bag.

I quite agree w/Dr. Who...gays will rule the world at which point the universe will immediately collapse upon itself and we will all surely die amidst the devastation. (See Bible for explicit evidence) We must stop trusting god and stop the terrible gays ourselves because God is obviously most unaware of their crimes against human nature. Actually gays by itself are self destructive... They cannot give birth to their next generation compared to those normal hetero couples...
Hence, nature has already "punished" gays in this way, curb their abilities to reproduce and stop their continuity... Hence, I believe no one was born gay but they are affected by their environment, people around, how they have been brought up...

We preach racial tolerance and acceptance of all religions? I feel so much like laughing straight at your face. The government is the one preaching racial tolerance and what-nots. It's just a way for them to control the crowd. Racism still exist, just not in the "national" level. Acceptance of all religions? Please tell that to the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Similarly, our society is one of conservative culture. Just because you accept them, does not mean our society has to. There is currently only one person calling them "vampiries", and that is Dr Who.

Dr Who may be the only one calling names in this thread, but he's part of that conservative group. And there are many people in this group that say among themselves or to their children that homosexuals are 'evil' and 'sick'. What's the difference?
Gay activists aren't helping their cause either when they demand for every imaginable sort of right and privilege - including the right to marry in any church, and to prosecute those who preach against homosexuality. Some of them think it's alright to make life difficult for others since they were once persecuted and ostracised.
Personally, I'd let a pride parade go on as long as they likewise let heterosexuals to hold their own peacefully. Jokes about homosexuality should be allowed to go on, because we have jokes about kinds of sexual activities and the colour of our hair (and jokes involving northern Britons and farm animals).
