You mentioned that Dr Chee did not reveal his source of funding ever. Well he did... but maybe you should proof that he didn't since the onus is on you to prove that he is guilty. -

When it comes to Chee, or anybody else for that matter one ought to treat them as innocent until one has compelling reasons to believe that they are guilty of something, not ride a hunch to the death with ignorance, questions and denial in place of a properly constructed case. Remember, in any court of law omnia praesumuntur legitime facta donec probetur in contrarium.
Also, his idea that Chee's wrongdoings are covered up as some PAP conspiracy for the PAP to have ammunition or a last ditch panic button to push if Chee ever get to powerful is an accusation that I doubt the ruling party will look kindly upon.
In fact, why not highlight this to them in an E-Mail, that some person is suggesting that they are covering up Chee's wrongdoings and see how they respond? I'm sure the ISD might want to have a nice chat with him to clear up the air.
