Based on the circumstances, its hard to see how Chirac wasn't aware of the scandal when it happened.
Based on both circumstances and facts presented so far in the Auditor General report of financial irregularities were the ministers in charge aware of nkf problems in various ministries as reported?
Will there be a commission of inquiry (often used by ministers to discipline or put down MPs asking sensitive questions) of the same standard and integrity to get to the truths, expose wrong doings and be accountable especially where funds are lost or taxpayers are double-charged without refund.
