I would have expected better from you. Instead, you play troll.
Your pre-emptive move of posting your skeleton closets is certainly detrimental to your credibility...once again.
Most unwise....shooting your own feet.
the lack of drama in our parliament gives people the impression that the politcians here are a whole lot more restrained and cultured.Originally posted by Gazelle:... WWF in the parliment house... but I think their politician there are just like actors and actresses in taiwan movie. Full of drama.
Lee shoot up from his seat? He can barely run right now. Nevertheless, it would be interesting to see old man Lee attacking Low under more evenly distributed power in parliament. I think he will suffer a myocardinal infarction.Originally posted by snow leopard:the lack of drama in our parliament gives people the impression that the politcians here are a whole lot more restrained and cultured.
i beg to differ. only 3 oppositions out of 80 parliament members. practically one big happy PAP family. what is there to fight over?
we not have seen barbaric behaviour by the PAP in parliament because there is little to fight against and why fight when they can so much more easily invoke a litigation threat?
lastly, if you really want to have a glimpse as to how 'boisterous' our parliament can become when the odds are evened out someday, you only have to look at how LKY shot up from his seat to attack Low Thia Khiang like an animal pouncing on his prey ...
REmember during the last election campaign, the MIW by the name of Seng something (oops, see I can't even be bothered to remember his full name, he is a teochew), humiliated Mr Low Thia Khiang in teochew. He was trying to be funny to Mr Low by crowing "cock cock kay, cock cock kay". This is really extremely uncalled for and I was for a while shocked by this sort of behaviour. It was so humiliating! Too bad, I can't remember his name. He is the specky guy, another idiotic shorty man!! If the opposition were to treat the PAP member the same way, ha ha, the next moment the opposition will get it from them! Tyranny rules where MIWs are concerned!Originally posted by snow leopard:the lack of drama in our parliament gives people the impression that the politcians here are a whole lot more restrained and cultured.

it is outrageous for a MP to behave such, what a shame, that Seng !Can't remember his name. By the way, I am not doing name calling but rather I find he really looks c0cky and talks c0cky! When I saw him doing that to Mr Low, I felt like slapping him and tell him to behave himself. Even some kids are better behaved than him.Originally posted by HyperFocal:In general, spectators would favor opponents who dares do battle with another who wields a broadsword, with just a wooden staff...
