Young, internet-savvy voters have challenged Democratic presidential hopefuls on Iraq and their own place in a broken political system during a provocative, video-driven debate.
A voter named Chris opened the CNN-YouTube debate with a barb aimed at the entire eight-candidate field: "Can you as politicians ... actually answer questions rather than beat around the bush?" -

but this is not the controlled press and so people will be able to point that out and make him look like a fool is he doesn't respond...

Maybe IDA should set it up. No holds barred debate. If they are pegging their salaries to top private sector earners, they should not fear looking like a fool before a common internet debater. That would give them alot more credibility if they do reasonably well. on the other hand...

You know the Chinese "Say what you want" show with the Taiwanese compare (that was kicked out for fighting with an old woman and then invited back)?
I happened to witness one recording at the White Sands mall and she said (the compare) "You people should stand around and listen because what you hear and see on TV is heavily edited!"
My guess is that the LKY exchange you referred to was heavily edited too... -

ya, before the start of the programme the participants must have been briefed on the protocol. It's more like he will challenge you with a question that you either can answer or choose not to. They were not the least rude. The press don't report facts on the ordinary people. AFter the programme, when I got to know the participants were blamed for their rudeness, I was like when did that happen in the show? Bootlicking press working for MIWs, working for old man lee. Interesting question. Very. The thing about this Government, is that the term "heavy responsibility" is defined based on the whims of this old man.
