What does our flag mean to you?

Hi Friends,
I passed by a neighborhood today and it consist of a stretch of semi-Ds followed by flats.
There must be around 100 semi-Ds I saw and ALL hung the Flag .
Nothing bad of course.
The irony is when I reach the stretch of flats,
out of about 200 units, only a few hung the flag.
At 1 corner of a flat building a series of flags were hung out. But flags hung from this corner of the building seems like not hung by flat dwellers of the building. I wonder where they come from. This is just my views. Maybe someone bought lots of flags and chained them together and hung them in difficult to reach corners ? This is for the benefit of a doubt.
So, there appears that the Flag is more hung by the Rich than by the Flat owners (percentage-wise). This means less flat owners hang, not no flat owners hang.
Just my observations today. Feel free to correct me if you agree to disagree. -
