when will the property price fall? We poor people never seen to enjoy from the soaring price. How to afford that expensive properties in this small island in the future? I am only an underpaid clerk in Raffles Place.

The bloody rich oil money that started this craze.
As you can see most of the mad rush is in Orchard or luxurious areas like East Coast and Sentosa. Never hear property rush in Yishun right. What idiot would pay 4,000++ of good sweat and tears money per sq feet for a room in the sky?
But of course property owner want to get best price la. Than what is the point of investing in property in the first place.
of course I developer I hantam market, maximise profit and run laughing to the bank. Won't know when is the next fools market er I mean bull market for property mah. -
