  I watch the documentary "Asian Expat" which is on every Sunday night.
  It is about how immigrants from HK or SE Asia gave up everything to
  
  go to cities in US or Canada, they gave up sucessful careers.
  I wonder if the programme will encourage local to be more daring to step out of their comfort zone by migrating to US or Canada?

  I will imagine that the Govt will either accuse them of being treacherous scum, or would try to act daddy/mummy to them and attempt to convince them to come home.
  
  Or they will present a very lobsided view highlighting everything bad and none of the good, as our good newspaper ST always does.
