  I was told by a lecturer of mine that we have a workaholic culture here; we are expected to OT all the time and the scary thing is that we have even come to accept OT as a norm.
  
  There are other countries (I don't remember which ones he mentioned but I think one of them is Australia) that allows us to play after work, and that OT is not a requirement.

  Chances of you finding someone willing to do OT in a US-based MNC on Friday evenings is as rare as finding a morally-upright politician in this regime.
