Democray is still the best system so far. One must see clearly the system and the abuse. All system can be subjected to abuse, including democracy. But that does not mean that democrary is bad or weak. How are they overpaid? Simple, their peers in other countries of similar situation. Say Hongkong? Luxembourg?

But richer, better runned.
1. Singapore is not bigger than other countries to manage.
They have proven many times that Singapore is better managed. You need to open your eyes.
2. They have not shown that they have more capability than other leaders in the world.
The run bigger organisations than many private sector companies.

When i said Singapore is not bigger than other countries to manage. I mean it is easier to manage than big countries. Singapore is located at strategic position of world, of course it will become more richer.
