Being Transparent and dig out the Corrupters

I am not an auditor / accountant / law / business person to know if this is possible.
Can auditors blow the whistle ? Is this not possible because they signed some agreements?
Based on enron and other cases, auditors collude with their clients to make up stories.
If there is monetary reward and immunity given to whistle blowers, I am sure more corruption and irregularities can be dug out.
Like this, singapore can become a cleaner place and attract more investments.
so, anyone got the answer? -

what an honest living .
It took enron case to introduce the Sarbanes Oxley Act and segregating auditing from consulting business (conflict of interest).
this world, we know what is the problem that is obvious but change is so so difficult. too much rigidity and control by powerful people.
Indeed, for the world to become a better place is not easy since most have given up when faced with something difficult.
