If singaporeans are that good and valuable,
they will be wanted by many nations to be their citizens.
Looking at the perceived huge lack of talents,
I worry.
I worry if we are really wanted by other nations. And our own land.

As to whether I will succeed in MY life or not, only time will tell..
But one thing for sure... I am happy with my life as it is at the moment...
And dun worry, I never blame anyone or anything for my failures, if any...
I never depended on the GOVT anyway...
I dislike some of the policies being made and the character of some of the MPs that we have...
That's abt it...
U gotta cut urself some slack sometime so that u can run further...

True... many believed that he has the guts to whistle blow and bring the AWOL officer to justice...
But he did it in a manner that speaks volume of how much of a spolit brat he is....
What is the point of sending the email even to other people that doesn't even concern them....
Even more so, he send the email to so many high ranking people that normal civilians does not even has the email address.... In a way, i feel that he is just being a spoilt brat and try to use his so-called background to get wat he wants...(To make sure his officer frd kanna court marshal..)
Perhaps he does has the guts..or perhaps he is damn foolish and immature in his actions...maybe this is another ploy to get media attention for himself so that the general public knows who he is so as to facilitate him to get into Parliament...
Whichever is the case... only time will tell... -

One impt reason why we are getting so much FDI in the past is becos of our location...
With the monetary mindset that our govt has... I'm afraid that once we become old and useless and unable to contribute economically to the country, we will end up like the aunties and ah soh in the food court, cleaning up after the rich and unable to retire comfortably due to rising hogh cost of living and the stagnant pay increase...
Singaporeans are valuable in our own way.... We are bilingual and more importantly..we are pretty highly educated... Tat is why Sporeans are getting more and more mobile.... The govt recognises this and thus in my opinion, tried to use debts to bind the citizens ... Tat is why they increase cost of living via GST, approve transport fee hike...etc... By making things more expensive, and keeping the wages stagnant..
People are forced to take up bank loans to pay for HDB...Car..etc... Thus they are binded by debt to slog away their life in Singapore... By eroding weath accumulation... Singaporeans can;t migrate even if they want to.. -
Ya... Perhaps we are becoming an ungracious society...but then look at the stress level we have in this tiny country.. With parks and any green space given up for concrete buildings.... and the ever increasing propaganda to make us work longer ...
