I am merely trying to help you focus your question better since it's kind of blurry right now. With such an vague question, the topic could easy spiral out of control.
How thoughtful of me and yet here Gazelle is unable to appreciate my efforts, instead accusing me of attempting to start a flame war.
My question, for the sake of everyone here, is there a more specific way of phrasing the question that would remove the ambiguity of your question? -
Hmm how can/did we help the opposition? Lets see....
Spread awareness of PAPs cover ups and failings. (eg. failed investments with CPF money over past 20 years or so etc...)
Spread awareness of the benefits that a "Sensitive to the people government" brings.
Bring in differing perspectives to contrast those that are in the local mainstream media. -

WP is still not politically strong enough to make drastic decisions for the good of Singapore. Basically, firstly is to get like 40 percent seats. PAP still in power, but with a more intense sense of competition to win the hearts and minds of the people between the parties.
Ideally, 40% pap, 30% WP, 30% others, that way, no one party controls the law and constitution, and PAP still in charge. -
