Any out of this world futuristic ideas on defense matters?

  I am intrested to find out about the latest defense technology or tactics which is unconventional but does make sense. Hopefully its something which can be applied to our SAF.Please contribute your findings by providing links,pics and examples with details. Thanks

  Try going to http://www.g2mil.com for some interesting ideas. You can also search on Google (start your query with "site:www.g2mil.com" ) for articles on that site. The former marine who writes the articles has a lot of good ideas, though they tend to be very US focussed (expeditionary, multi-theatre combat).
